Marula oil properties
ANTi-BACTERIAL PROPERTIES
Has a phenolic content of around 3.05 GAE/g.
Includes the flavonoids gallotannin and procyanidin.
Active in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas and Salmonella.
Marula oil applications
Marula oil is highly nutritious, is extraordinarily stable and holds many properties which are increasing the demand of the product. Due to its high stability, the oil can be used in many applications. The gallery below illustrates its numerous applications, but the oils' use in products is not limited to the examples depicted.
